Nothing against the staff at this branch. It's Vodafone itself which is a terrible company and an awful network to use. If you're a PAYG customer, you're treated like unwanted scum by them, as their recent price hikes have proven.

Staff helpful but was asked to stand outside in the cold as only two customers allowed in at any one time. I am disabled and can't stand for long in the cold so went in two other shops to keep warm. Went back half hour later and was seen straightaway, placed my order as they didn't have what I wanted in stock, and collected it two days later.

Vodafone a nightmare. So slow and really trying hard to get direct debit from me. All I wanted was a new phone and sim card putting in. Wont go there again in a hurry

One of the sale's rep Khalid very rude just came in for some advice as seen my current network wasn't offering a good service so I thought I would love compare the both an decide but the sale rep was over selling an at one point even asked if I could afford to take contract out when clearly I knew where I should take my business it's shame Vodafone employ such vile people
