Visited im a bit of a technophobe. Just changed my contract,got a new phone and tablet ,cheaper deal which was good. Went to local store asked them to transfer my old stuff from old devises to new and photos. They charged me 25 pounds and told me it would take 1 and half hours.when I went back he said everything was sorted and could I pay in cash because their system was down, I thought that strange but compiled. When I checked my photos half were missing on my phone and non were on my tablet. Sort it out with someone who knows !!!!

Store staff very good and helpful. I visited the store to transfere data from my 3 phone contract to Vodafone who l received a cold call from to start a new contract with..however l still have 2 months remaining on my 3 contract which l now have to pay off three months early costing me 115..so thanks for that. So how about a refund for this early cancellation... Gary Oldroyd.

Really disgusted with vodafone overall but the shop in the ridings i was missfed information by either untrained staff or just deliberatly fobbed off on two consecutive occasions so I have to return AGAIN the advice is poor, the sevice is medium at best apart from one single sales person who was helpfull.

A standard Vodafone retail outlet with exceptional customer service. Every time I have visited here I have received excellent attention and service. If you are going to visit a Vodafone shop, I would highly recommend here.

Visited Vodafone in Wakefield on Sunday to buy 2 new phones, was served by Spencer who looked after us like you wouldn't believe, brilliant customer service unlike the Huddersfield branch who offer no help at all and show no interest at all. Will definitely travel to Wakefield vodafone in the future and avoid the Huddersfield branch.
