Not helpful no customer service skills. tried to by a phone but you guessed it a phone shop that dosent sell phones unless you want a contract what I have already but wanted to buy a new phone. Went to carphone warehouse walked in 5 minutes later walked out with a new phone.

computer says no ! ordered something from them - tried to call to see if its arrived in stock - but they don't have a telephone number !!! Lets think about that for a moment - Vodafone shop - no telephone number . The only number is a central call centre - and guess what - you have to talk to a machine that asks you why you are calling, but doesn't understand my response - so just go round in circles for 30 seconds then give up. I should have realised this would be a bad experience when I ordered from their shop and was left waiting for long periods because "computer said no" Years ago Vodafone was an excellent company - not any more

Fantastic service, dont waste your time calling the vodafone help line just drop buy in store they are able to advise properly what plan to get and what are the catches saved me 20gbp per month on my 2 sim only phones and home broadband. They look at your usage to make sure your not paying for a higher plan instead of over selling. Did not feel rushed in store. If your due for renewal of contract just head in store and they do everything. Thanks guys

Great help and prices . Purchased home broadband saved half to BT and tablet was cheap for ipad. Not tech savvy but staff were helpful

I returned a faulty iPad I had delivered to my home this morning and was served by Kish and Amin, Who were both so friendly and helpful, Kish went above and beyond to help me get the new replacement one all set up .... it’s nice to know great customer service is still out there, I will definitely go back there when my phone needs upgrading
