I'm dreading going in yet I'm disabled and need hospital appointments regularly,pluss I'm a carer for my 80 year old mum in this situation I know Vodaphone won't want to know that my iPhone 11 has a problem and can't be used even the I've been paying 50 bucks a month well ill tell you this I'm leaving phone in shop and they can cancel contract or fix phone from a 18 years with Vodaphone so ill let you know !!!

Very helpful staff . . . one in one out so we were met at the door and our problem was sorted there and then - brilliant staff!!!!
Shocking service! Only putting 1* for the poor guy that did actually try and to help me. We were overtaken by a rude and condescending member of staff! Didn't listen when I described the problem, cut me off, talked over me and said they couldn't help in any way. Incredibly condescending, called me Darling non stop (I have shoes older than you sweetheart!). Sort your staff out Vodafone, they are losing you customers!
Excellent service from Dave. My mobile phone was ancient and it took him some time and patience to up-date a new one for us. It even had my old address from 9 years ago!! Thankyou Dave.

I'm not a customer of Vodafone myself, but I did visit the store with my Grandad who isn't so good with technology. I knew what phone would be best for him before we went into the store, so it was just a case of finding it and purchasing it here. Whilst we did manage to purchase it, the experience wasn't all that good. Whilst the staff member that served us wasn't rude, they did seem unenthusiastic and disinterested, something you wouldn't expect from one of the major four mobile networks - especially considering my Grandad has been a loyal Vodafone customer over the years. He also needed a SIM swap, something that seemed to take a while, whereas I've had my own SIM swapped in my network's store in a matter of minutes. It's a good job my Grandad had me there with him as the staff member we were served by didn't really explain to him what they were doing. The store itself is well maintained though, despite being small.
