Used store to send phone under guarantee for repair. First experience: service provided was abysmal. Very poor. Did not explain procedure fully. Signed something without my consent or even making me aware there was any declaration to sign. Colleague shall remain nameless as a formal complaint has been made. Second experience: service was excellent, served by Charlie. Very friend, asked if I needed any help with my repair, great at building rapport and made the visit very memorable. If I return to Vodafone in the future, he will be my point of contact. I would recommend calling ahead and asking to deal with him directly rather than waste time with some of the other members of staff.

Payed a visit last week to sort my SIM card out on my lunch break. On arrival was approached by member of staff who was very friendly. Listen to my problem took some ID and promptly went to work fixing my issue. Very professional fast service.

Spend 2 hours getting a contract Somehow the German manager managed to fix it The phone was sold online when I was instore and had reserved it! No compensation for lost time etc.

Very small shop with very helpful staff, neat and clean, and easily accessible. Wish they did something about the doors though, they're quite heavy and difficult to open, and if you're not fast enough you might get smacked by one on its way back.
