After buying a phone from elsewhere that would do everything except receive text messages, the guys spent a good hour solving the problem, and it was a real problem. They sorted it all out and I'm so grateful.

This store didn't really inspire me to purchase from them. I knew more than the salesperson and he was using the internet to advise me on my potential phone! I left quite quickly and managed to get what I wanted elsewhere.

don't ever use this shocking store... the worst customer service ever, salesman called Radu was shocking and useless, hubby ordered a new phone with Vodafone over the phone and was told Abingdon store had one in stock and it was reserved for him.. went there and Radu was so unhelpful told us that they don't have any in stock even though we were told last night they do, I asked him how there stock works.. they sell so it reduces yes? yes was his answer so he went out back... came back about 10mins later said they don't have any..... but told us in that same comment that they had 2, and for my husband to cancel his orser and re order with him.... sorry what? err no... it's already been purchased. he was wanting a sale even though one had already been made. the service is so bad I would never recommend using this useless branch. complaint is being made to head office as we speak.

Best service I ever got in a mobile phone store in 18 years. Assistant was called Neil. Very knowledgable and really took the time to understand what we need, even though I couldn’t sign up today. We will be back to sign up with Vodafone for sure in 2 weeks.
