Went into the store today to see if a poor signal issue could be fixed, and I have to say i was appalled with the service (or lack of). The advisor was so disinterested he couldn't even be bothered to stand upright, stopped short of rolling his eyes when we asked him to repeat what he said, he was wearing a face mask, and as he was a fair distance away, we couldn't make out what he said. It turns out he told us to 'phone Vodafone' (on a phone with no signal?!?) but gave no helpline numbers or online Web addresses. We usually deal with Hamza who works in the store, he is so helpful and efficient, so if you do have to go in (last resort) ask for him.

.....so after an hour on the phone I was told I need to go into the store to get my account unlocked as there was no other way round it even in these troubled times, so checked the website, closing time 7pm. Walk into the store just before 5.30 explain that I have been told I need to come in to get the my account unlocked, to be told that due to Covid they now shut at 5.30 and could I come back tomorrow......I understand these are difficult times, but at least you could update your opening times?

Muppets still refusing to display models or prices but think you will still buy the handset and plan based on THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS. Sneaky. Go to Carphone Warehouse instead, they are displaying models.

Great place, a piece of Horleys been very hospitable to many events including wedding, christening, awakes. I had my brothers wake there and was Very happy with welcoming genuine hosting! I'd give more the 5 if could!

Most of staff look like they don't want to be there at all, not particularly friendly or helpful, been waiting 5 weeks for phone to arrive, was told not I stock will be 2 weeks after they had already taken my money, whilst paying one of the staff worked out his colleagues commission on sale and tried to say something he brought cost 1.67.50 "not bad hey for that" just plain rude
