Shocking go to collect no phone in store

8 weeks and still no broadband... Had to make my 3rd contract because of issues, typos they make. Because they rushed it. Mass production. Bad service. They told me I don't have to be home when the engineer comes on 14/10. On 15/10 I had to drive home because the engineer arrived and had to go into my flat. I submitted a compliant. No response.

Very expensive, reception is the worst, Vodafone overall customer service is none existing and none of the queries will never be resolved! So glad i left Vodafone!- would not recommend to anyone!
