As always with a friendly welcome, I was greeted into the store with an invitation to sanitize and sit on one of the chairs provided, or browse the stands until a member of staff was available. A one way system is provided for entry and exit and as soon as the first member of staff was available, they escorted me to their desk, where we sorted out the issue with relative ease. I have been a continuous customer of Vodafone, due to their presence of human contact in store, ie. you're not having to deal with someone on the end of the phone. Keep up the good work guys.

Went in this store to talk about the lack of signal I get in my area and all I received was a threat regarding they would have to cancel my account for putting credit on ,well I would ad vodaphone that if you do your job properly people would ask for compensation!

Dreadful slow slow and they have just asked a man sat next to me for all his details, that everyone in the shop now knows and for him to choose a pin number, I stopped the girl assistant and told her he should write it down, but she carried on and 3 of us left the shop. Avoid if you can
