Excellent service, especially from Chris & Alex for their patience with an elderly gentleman who had a mobile the size of a matchbox but wanted a smart phone, they explained everything in really easy terms for him to understand it, he doesn't always remember but we are getting there. Thank you so much i thought it was going to be a real headache.

Thank you to Ben, who had an amazing attitude I found him to be efficient, sympathetic and very willing to help. I went to several Vodafone stores in different locations and also rang customer services numerous times & was still getting no service on my phone for several weeks. I was left feeling frustrated, however, Ben helped me within minutes!

I was standing in store a while before anyone came to ask if i needed any help. Really I wanted to find out about upgrades, to which I had to ask them if they could look at deals for me. They were not very helpful and didn't seem to know much at all about the phones. I found better upgrade deals online than they did. The whole convo with the member of staff was awkward and unhelpful, I left store without an upgrade and went online instead. :(
