Kind staff with my elderly parents, helpful but we did give them 2 difficult problems they didn't have the power to sort out. We also have them an easy one and it was fine. But they have written up notes to hopefully enable fast resolution online if difficult problems. Patient and helpful.

Avoid - taken 100 twice from me and they are unable to refund! It is beyond belief the incompetence of Vodafone UK! If you want to deal with a bureaucracy with noone able to do anything then shop here! Not sure if I will ever see my money again without legal action - the shop asked for a deposit and I never recieved the goods! Avoid and your life will be that little bit less stressful! Update: finally recieved money back via credit card charge back. Advice remains Avoid!

Quite a wait, but got sorted in the end. Better than the absolute frustration of trying to deal with Vodafone direct, on line or by phone. They need a jolly good kick up the assessment.

It's a franchise.no stock.got to pre pay for orders.had to wait for over a week to receive mine after multiple visits and a parking ticket! They now charge 20 to help you navigate your phone and advise.they havent Winehouse wi-fi !! Use the shop across the road hot spot!!
