This store is quite simply fantastic! Luke catered for all my needs and even offered me a cup of coffee. Knowledgable and very patient with someone who isn't the most tech savvy. Look forward to bringing my wife in later this year to upgrade!

Pity this shop appears to get poor reviews as my experience of today was first class. Called in on the off chance as I had a tech problem, I asked if they could help and a young man who had just put his coat on to go to lunch, without being asked took his coat back off and sat me down, went through my issue politely and without making me feel inadequate went through it with me, fixed it. Wonderful and thank you His attitude

If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would!! My partner went to collect his upgrade phone last weekend. We waited over an hour for someone to ‘check in the delivery’ more like so the staff could stand around and chat. The manager was not interested and down right rude. Then after a few days we realise we had been given the wrong phone a cheaper phone, one with smaller memory and not the plus version. After being so annoyed on the Saturday we never realised at the time we just wanted to be out the store. We called Vodafone who were actually helpful but they said we had to change it at the Bicester store, who then again were AWFUL! And refused to change the phone. AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE YOU WOULD THE PLAGUE!!!!!

Visited them a number of times to sign up for new contracts, fix billing issues which couldn't be done over the phone, etc., and each time we were helped quickly and efficiently.
