After many phone calls to the Vodafone customer service to resolve an issue to no avail, I took the matter up with the manager at the Trowbridge store. The service was outstanding, listened to the issue, found why the issue occurred and resolved it within minutes. Dealt with an upgrade and gave some good advice for going forward. Was extremely helpful polite and friendly. Could not recommend highly enough. I will no longer deal with the poor over the phone customer service that Vodafone is currently delivering , I’ll simply take any future matters up in store. Excellent service

The female assistant who I spoke with today, was rude and unhelpful. I left with my enquiry unresolved and more put out with my service than before. Vodafone customer service did resolve my issue very well in the end, but the service I received upto that point, mainly from this store, was nothing short of dismal. Just like the England performance in the RWC final.
