Best experience I've had in their shop, perhaps has something to do with limiting number of customers in store which also allows the staff time & space to be great at what they do. I hope Vodafone doesn't go back to the old ways of doing this. Well done in store staff!

overall treatment i was subjected to by a staff and her manager mad me wonder was it my age or is it the assumption that anyone who does not appear white English must be up to no good.They were more interested of me, than helping the account holder and his widow.who I was acting for. They were convinced that they have cough one , and it will put a feather on their cap. I sincerely fear for the future of our county with people like this.

Useless company. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. The quality of their service was nicely summed up by the alcohol hand gel dispenser that repeatedly fell over in the 20 minutes I was forced to wait outside their store in the rain. *there were less people in the store than one of their competitors with half the amount space just a little further down the street. And their competitor was managing to socially distance perfectly well without making people wait outside.

With the current Covid Restrictions the manager was very helpful and apologetic that we had to queue outside due to the limit of customers in the store. And he was only allowed 2 assistants instead of the usual 9 because of social distancing. He thanked us all for our patience. I saw Pearl when I walked in and she helped me out enormously with what I wanted. What a fantastic lady with a brilliant service and nothing was too much trouble for her. She even saved me money by switching my broadband over after I had bought my new phone. Thoroughly recommend this place !!!

Went on Thursday 1st October. The white gentleman stood at the door was completely rude and offered minimal assistance. Disregard for a paying customer and offered minimal help to even resolve my issue. This Vodafone store clearly need to train their staff on basic customer service.
