Wife went for an upgrade and told next day delivery. Never arrived and when rang Vodafone they said out of stock. So I cancelled and changed provider. Still not received my deposit back and they were going to charge 25 to copy data from old phone to the new one. New phone provider did in 1 minute and did not charge a penny.

Needed a new phone so splashed out on a samsung S10 5g.from Vodafone redcar.the lasses do a great job transferring my photos and apps over to the new phone. Very efficient and friendly service. Not cheap but I needed a good phone for work. Excellent quality and perfect for my needs. Love the phone
