Today I have been into the Vodaphone store in Barnstaple and I have received excellent service, from a young chap with brown curly hair helped me. He had excellent customer service skills and was very calm and knowledgeable, regarding my phone upgrade. I had problems with my last phone, in regards to the repair centre(which has nothing to do with the Vodaphone store, Barnstaple) As you can imagine, I was really worried and anxious that I was going to have problems sorting out my phone upgrade. However the young chap, who assisted me in the Barnstaple store put all of my worries aside. Thank you for your kindness.

All good a bit of a weight due to social distance prices do seem to be getting more expensive. So that's not so good. Maybe it's time for a change.

Good service but it took a long time. I think it is kind of over priced and you could find better stuff for cheaper at three which is a few steps away. There are a lot of phones which you can test and that is good but most other shops have that

This store gets very busy but the staff are really helpful and friendly. Alice sorted out my upgrade and she was brilliant we will definitely be back to upgrade all our phones at this store in the future. The Manager Ben is also excellent and goes out of his way to help.
