Hi We came into the branch in Hastings and were so impressed by the welcome and professional approach from the staff. Lucy was amazing, she answered all our questions,.helped us deal with a complicated issue (for us !).and was genuine. She helped us choose what plan was right for us and her colleague ably assisted her. The store itself was clean and well set out, could not help but browse. Thanks to Lucy, communication will be easier with my son...lol M

I was served by two polite and helpful staff members in this branch today. Both staff members professionally introduced the product I was interest in and patiently addressed my concerns, I'm glad I was served by them today. They demonstrated fabulous team work I'm absolutely honoured to have been served by them. I'd highly recommend the store to my colleagues, friends and family because of my experience in the store today. Thanks a million to both Lewis and your colleague, keep it up.
Great service at Vodafone Hastings Branch. The Staff greeted us as soon as we entered the shop and you are immediately aware of how well all the products are displayed and how well the shop is organised. The Staff were all very well presented and of smart appearance. For me this is a repeat visit as the previous experience was great with two great mobile phones purchased and this visit did not disappoint!. The tariffs were matched to our usage requirements and the phone choice was excellent with pros and cons of each for us explained very well. The Staff were very confident and knew the tariffs and phones very well and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We left feeling happy with our purchases and with very good service. Would definitely recommend Vodafone Hastings based on this recent visit.
