Popped in for a potential purchase of a Huawei Mate 20 Pro and was approached by Sophie. I gave her a brief outline of what I wanted but she was obviously new as she seemed all over the place. So a gent got involved who answered every question I asked the lady concerned. I was given the barest minimum of information and was told the handset was out of stock. He tried to sell me an inferior specced P30 at which point I wasn't really interested. As soon as I said I'd need a little think his subtle 'wasn't bothered' became overt and he moved onto the next customer before I even said goodbye. I bought the handset online from Mobile Phones Direct.
