Maika has been really helpful. We came in late looking for an upgrade, he stayed over closing hours to get that done for us, been really professional the whole time and offered to stay over for a second line I wanted to add to my account. Pleasant and professional customer service. Very pleased.

So far waiting for just over 30 minutes for the two staff serving other customers. There are about 4 more customers waiting but the staff have not bothered acknowledging anyone, apart from when a lady tripped the alarm when they came to stop it a couple of mins later. They are sitting there with their customers having a nice chat, laughing, they seem to be enjoying it.

Horrible staff when there to return my phone which i cancelled 1 week before i received I called Vodafone the tell me to go to Vodafone shop return i when there they refusing to return system not working without trying how Vodafone employe people like them madness

Although staff very friendly. I went in with a list of questions about a couple of perevious phones on the range But was pushed towards the new model costing a lot more in purchase or monthly payment .plus an initial upfront payment then adding insurance. I came away frustrated and disappointed. Still with my old phone.
