A year ago (approx) I decided to renew my phone (long over due ) went into the shop left with an Huawei which I still haven't used tried to set it up , nearly had a breakdown & gave up so still using old phone.everyone else I've spoken to with other companies have had their phones set up for them in store I wasn't offered this in shop &had to return umpteen times for various complications with sim etc so having been with Vodafone for more than 20 yrs when my contract is up I shall be looking elsewhere

Lied to / miss sold an extra number and tablet I didn't ask for (not by Ashford) but still Vodafone. I was told they would sort it at Ashford store and 4 days later I find they have cut my mobile number (instead of or as well as the number I didn't ask for), beyond frustrated. Ashford number rings and then goes engaged so you cannot speak to them directly so you have to go in to see. I've spent hours / weeks trying to sort this out and missed vital calls too. I only wanted an upgrade on same number how hard. Why does vodafone's automated phone system cut you off unless you are asking to make a complaint with them. Shocking customer services.
