Absolute nightmare of a company,carried on my contract 4 months after I had cancelled it and then passed my account onto a debt collection agency... after a lengthy conversation with Vodafone they refused to budge even though they had unlocked the phone for me to use on another network.... would recommend anyone to avoid ..

Took my Apple iPhone 11 charger that was not working and was under a 12months warranty and was given a Samsung power adapter and top it off, it was a used one too!!! I was told it will do the job just cos it could connect the cable!! (Taking it back to shop)

The girl was really helpful but couldn't come close to beating the deal with O2 on the other side of the street. We were getting new Huawei P30 Pros and contacts. 20Gb around 41 quid a month and had to pay about 100 for the handset. O2 did it for 38 per month and free handset.

I had a very bad experience with this store. Trying to return an item I had never used, to mention it had only been about 1-2 weeks since I had made the new contract and all, had all the necessary parts but the box it came with was damaged, they said there is nothing they can do, so I will just have to pay for the item for the next 2 years even though I shall not use it. They were adamant on not helping. Luckily I called Vodafone the next day and they managed to help me.

Terrible customer service on a Sunday. I have never been treated in such an unhelpful, rude and unsympathic manner by one member of staff. She was supported in a less aggressive manner by another lady. A man was more reasonable .

Had to update my husband and my phones Kevin was extremely helpful and happy to explain anything I didn't understand. He was professional, friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. Kevin realised I had a budget and I didn't feel he was leading me into a plan I would struggle to afford. Because of Kevin's great customer service and integrity we also took out a broadband deal. Well done Kevin.. What an asset to Vodafone.
