Hardly any phones on display actually turn on. I was browsing and struggled to find any working mobiles as the chargers werent working... if you are trying to sell phones surely its important that your chargers work and your working display mobiles actually ... work . So while staff instantly greeted me instantly and very polite its pointless as i couldnt try any mobiles out to see if i liked any to buy

Staff extremely helpful when you have a problem like I did. The only issue I have is that you can be standing there for 10-15 minutes before you're even acknowledged. I saw many people just walk out, when all it would have taken is a 'hi there, we'll be with you as soon as we can!'
