Avoid Mobile Wifi and Customer services. Shocking customer services and very questionable practice. Bought a 30 day mobile wifi and phoned to cancel and spent 50 mins on the line being passed around to cancel. How difficult could you imagine it to be cancel an account! Only found out that the account was still active when debt collectors wrote later for 66, it seems they failed to cancel. Have been told that I should give them 30 days notice but only planned to use it for 30 days so in reality need to cancel before activating SIM, a very strange way of doing things, then no guarantee of getting through. Technically good service but shocking customer services their business plan is very questionable in trying to extract as much out of you, while not admitting to issues getting through, dropping the call or passing you through from one agent to another. Would recommend using a prepaid limited Gb Sim provided by other main operators such as EE or Three as I have in the past than using Vodaphone for mobile internet. It's way better than using a Sim for 3 weeks and being charged the privilege of 66 and spending nearly an hour to call to cancel, which they failed to do. Just pleased they are not my mobile phone provider or home internet provider as my exposure to them has been shocking. You pay for their mistakes and then they don't believe in compensation for wasting your time. Ofcom should fine them for the having such a poor customer service and dubious practice.
