Pretty bad customer service, stressing out that they close in 10min and won't even look at the problem I had. Advised to come on Wednesday between 12-1 as it is the only time when someone technical would be in. I would recommend to not waste time and go to another branch if you need help from Vodafone.

I called up Vodafone to temporarily lock my number, because my phone was recently stolen. Instead, they locked another number on my family plan. I was advised to visit my local Wandsworth branch and get a new device, but it was closed even though online search says it's open on Saturdays from 10:00am to 18:00pm. Bad service and waste of time.

One person serving.... the other had gone to “take care of his car”.... these days it’s only those who can’t get employed elsewhere fronting up customer service in shops - won’t be long before even the most determined customers simply go online

my partner and I went in here this morning as his phone needed a new sim, the young man that looked after us was really good at his job, he gave great advice and put the sim in for us, we always use this branch, thank you, keep up your good work!

Walked in mid way of cheap air freshener being sprayed. Chap behind counter clearly had a flatulence problem as well as an attitude problem. Ended up going to another branch to get my phone issue resolved

Store was empty when we arrived. Staff member was clearly not happy that we were there.. total unwillingness to assist us. Ended up going to the putney store instead.
