Popped in yesterday quite distressed as my phone had been stolen about an hour prior to going into the shop. The staff were really great and helped calm my worry. They straight away blocked my old sim card and moved all information onto a new sim card, which allowed me to keep my old number, instantly. They did all this free of charge and very quickly. Very impressed with their service and very happy I recently swapped to this service provider.

Came in to return two phones, wasn’t in the best of moods and was looking for an argument. Was surprised by how well Shomari took care of my problem, after all Vodafone’s a faceless machine who don’t give a f@@k about their customers. This young man was polite, confident and took ownership of the problem. Go work for a better company brother.

It was busy but they served me immediately. They have many desks and today (Saturday) there was an employee at each one of them making the number of the employees in the shop servicing more than 6 (I think they were 8-9 in total, not sure) when in other shops it's usually 2-4... The one that served me was very fast in anything I asked him to do and answered all my questions, he even explained things to me in order to help me understand things easier. Seemed very friendly and helpful. Overall I was more satisfy from their services than other ones I have gone in neighbouring towns...
