Had first class service on Saturday 22/8 and Tuesday 25/8 from Ketan and Andy. As a technophobe they put me at my ease and set up my mobile for me. One query did occur though, my phone was registered in my late husbands name so was pointed in the right direction to Vodaphone bereavement dept. All handled professionally and registration eventually transferred to myself. Thank you to all staff who put me at my ease. Will certainly sing your praises in future

I came here with my partner to get an additional contract. The man who acknowledged use was very nice and friendly and made sure that we got seen. However the Asian/ Chinese lady that served us was very abrupt and rude. She talked down to my husband and made us feel as if we had disturb her n some way. For someone who works in retail she was quite up herself to say the least. Manners cost nothing
