My SIM card got damaged so I decided to pop in to this store as it's the closest one from where I live. The waiting time was slightly long but the service was good in general. The store looks clean and tidy.

Seconding the review from someone earlier commenting on Arif's service. This is what customer service is about. Going in later to have my Galaxy Note looked at, as it has been glitchy since I bought it just before lockdown. Hope he is there to deal with it! (Update: oh dear, terrible service as Arif was not there)
Friendly staff but the manager should be more responsible. Went to get a replacement sim and was told their IDA SCANNER has been out of service for over a week and they can’t issue new sim and might take another week. Disappointed
Arif's service was just amazing, incredible. I thought he was the manager because of how professional he served me, he is the best sales advisor I have ever met. The company must recognise him as he is very valuable to Vodafone Nottinghill gate branch. You want a good deal go to Arif top man thank you
Went in and was served my Marcus, the store manager I believe. He was great from start to end, genuinely wanted to find the best deal for me without coercing me into anything. Lovely guy too, need more customer service like this!

Horrendous customer service and reception as a network. The billing is also inaccurate. Just look at their Facebook page, or Google Vodafone reviews and you will see. The staff (Assistant Manager) in this branch is rude, lazy and lacks any interpersonal skills. She sits there doing nothing, staring into space, PRETENDING to help a colleague in serving another customer. When questioned why it takes 2 people to serve one customer, she replies that 'it does', and carries on doing nothing for 45 minutes. She then decides that it's time to serve one person, which she does, then she stops again, and tells the waiting customers to go to another shop if they are unhappy! AVOID.!!!! The Vodafone shop on Queensway (where I normally visit)is much better, and is worth travelling the extra distance to to get served.
