The worst customer service ever. No loyalty and zero customer service. We ordered a new mobile phone and paid a 200 fee to upgrade early. The phone was scheduled to be delivered - it did not turn up and Vodafone advised the order would not be completed even though I had confirmation and the credit card had been debited .....and can anyone help TOBi nope, real people at the end of a chat bot don't care and the eventual phone service after 4 hours frustrating....NEVER again!! lets hope I get a refund....

Very pleased with vodafone Redhill for helping me with my upgrade. My phone was delivered to my home, I came back to the store as I didn't know how to transfer my information. Lovely girls in the store helped me and did a great job. Thank you
Tried to upgrade my sim only assistant asked me for my full pin number for my account so usable to apply discounts so did not upgrade.
Vodafone is a good network provider but if you go into this branch avoid dealing with the manager who manages this branch. I went there to switch from an different network and I wanted the contact to be under my company’s name as the plan was going to be use for business. The manager messed up everything and he put contract down under my personal name. I’ve spent almost 2 month to fix everything by raising a complaint to Vodafone.
