Recently had a faulty phone and Richard the manager was brilliant whilst my experience of Vodafone online and call centre was shocking. Richard helped me solve the issue and kept me in the loop at all times. Great customer service.

Absolutely awful service. Wanted s screen protector (20) and Daniel put it on with a bubble one edge off and not straight, did not apologise just said his screen protector is also on like that and that the bubble would eventually disappear!? I said it was unacceptable and after several times being told there’s nothing wrong with it, a fellow staff member just said’ just give her a refund’. Well, don’t bother getting anything from this shop, went to the nice chap in the Heart centre who was not only very pleasant, he did a smashing job.

I only wanted to spend 1150 on a new phone I know Covid is on but they are only letting one person at a time in the shop when they could easily get 2 in on either side of the shop Chap said he would check what they had in store and come straight back to me if I could wait outside 5 minutes later he still hadnt come back to speak to me Obviously dont need the sales

Absolutely useless, they try to send you to Kingston rather than sort out the issue. Your probably better off going to Kingston in the first place. i wont be renewing any of my contracts.

I've been a Vodafone customer for 20 years now, and whilst other networks have come which are cheaper - I've stayed with Vodafone because of their service. Today was no exception. The store manager and staff were extremely helpful in assisting in which phone to get - based on my REQUIREMENTS, not sales targets. They were patient, explained all of my options, and were just generally speaking very easy going and friendly. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or that I was being sold something, a true testament to in store customer service.

In common with several Vodafone stores I have visited, the staff seem very disinterested in the customer. Not just on one occasion but on every visit. If you want a Vodafone contract I suggest you go to Carphone Warehouse or similar and sort it out there.
