I had a really nice experience here with a girl named Anita. She was helpful and easy going even if i basically went there with no idea what phone i want, just what i expect from the phone to have. She was patient and showed my options, and left with a great bundle and phone. Great service, Thank you!

If you want real service and for them to call their head office in your behalf go at less busy times after 8 at night, then you'll get someone's full attention. When it's a solution you're seeking always be clear about what you're asking for, what context it's set in ( your customer experience and statements made to you. Never call them promises. Offers is the buzz word !) and when you want your issue resolved. Lastly be polite or they won't be.

I have to say a big thanks to the manager of Vodafone store in Westfield Sheperds bush - Maria. She always give us excellent support and the best contract options to me and my boyfriend. We are very happy with her customer service and we feeling safe with her experience.

Horrible customer service, I went in as I had a problem with my phone, found out they put me on a new contract without my permission, and when I went it to rectify it, was talked down on by the staff and was not able to solve my problem. Would not recommend Vodafone and definitely not this store at all

This is really really bad customer care! Spent 1 and a half hour trying to switch to Vodafone from EE. Their system was not working properly but nevertheless they took all my data (credit card number and personal data included). They told me to go home and said they would have called me in 20-30 minutes. Now it's been 2 hours and didn't get any news. Of course the shop is closed and I'm stuck. Worse service in my life!

I'm not sure how to rate this place because it was with great trepidation that my friend & I had to visit this place because of the nature of the problem we presented to them. I get the impression that when we had explained the problem, the assistant left us alone after that to make a relative call, then we had to recall them back again. On the face of it, Vodafone might look as though they are being helpful but not to the standard the public deserve. Suffice it to say, each store might differ in their attitude toward their customers. I am aware that sometimes elderly customers can be somewhat challenging.
