What a fantastic service, the manager and other members of the staff were absolutely fantastic. From the minute we walked into the shop the service was top class. Sorted the change over and then assisted with the unlock procedures required. Will definitely return and would highly recommend this shop.All up and running even with the unlock procedure within 2 hrs.

Avoid this phone shop like the plague, incompetent staff. Preordered a phone from them and advised i couldnt collect on release day i would be in 2 days later. The store sold my phone and was uninterested in doing anything to help. I am now out of pocket due to not getting the galaxy pod offer as the phone is not a pre order and cannot be given a date of when i will be actually receiving the new phone. Not really great customer service for someone who was a new customer to Vodafone after starting the process of moving from EE
