I called to inquire about buying a CNC saw sharpening machine last year and was told a rep. would call back soon. He called a few days later while I was out on my lunch and said he'd call back again later... he never did. So I called Vollmer UK again a month or so later, was told the rep. would call soon... he never did. So I called a third time a month or so later, again, no call from the rep. So after 3 months of trying to get hold of someone just to simply have a discussion, I've given up. Really poor, Vollmer UK.
