Used to really like coming here - reasonably priced tickets, comfy seats, nice screens & great sound quality. However recently went for the first time since start of lockdown and appeared to be the only two people in the entire cinema wearing masks. Lots of hand sanitiser and posters around saying to wear masks but absolutely no one enforcing it. Didn't feel very safe and definitely will not be rushing back.

The tickets are cheap and the showtime availability was about right for the amount of screens they have. The layout of the foyer is quite nice and fairly open to accommodate the large amounts of customers they have. The price of food and drink however was astronomical and wont be buying any snacks from there again. Especially considering there was only 1 person working the tills with a queue of 10 people. The screen was really small and there wasnt many seats. Not a bad thing if you're going to see a kids movie.

Great service from all of the staff, snacks were generic cinema prices and the screens were very nice. Enjoyed the film and the overall experience, I'll be happy to go back. Tickets are cheap aswell!

I find the staff at Eltham Vue exceptionally professional and helpful. It is a pleasure to visit and I am so delighted there are big screens back in our neighbourhood. You are a great and friendly crew.

I went to watch the Lion King remake at this cinema and the experience was epic. Cool, serene and value for your money. Great cinema for a movie night out with family and friends. Highly recommended.

I've been a bit cautious about going places during COVID, but I visited yesterday evening to watch TENET and it was a reassuring experience. There is a clear one way system, the staff are wearing protective gear and there is hand sanitiser available in every corner. During the movie, there was a staff member cleaning the hand rails in the screening room every half an hour. The cinema was very empty, which is a shame because it's probably safer to be at the cinema than the pub, but it has made me feel safe enough to visit again. When booking tickets online, the social distancing is already in place with seats blocked off on both sides. Thank you to Vue for being one of the chains to remain open, and thank you to the staff for making me feel comfortable.

Was nice and clean but strangely a member of staff walked up and down the stairs every 10 minutes which was off-putting during the film. Only 8 people in the cinema on the Saturday was great but hopefully more people will start going as otherwise I can see them shutting down.

Standard Vue experience. Most recent viewing was Tenet. Covid procedures in place were clear and there were multiple sanitising stations. However, when in the screen people were spaced out in each row but there were people directly in the row in front. Back row is the only row I would consider.
