Really nice shopping experience, but quite often go into the Waitrose in Abergavenny and it's in a different league, The sushi bar is really good and quite often if I am in the area I nip in and get my lunch, it's really nice. Hereford always seems to be a runner up in things like this, I think the addition of a sushi bar would make a masive difference to the waitrose Hereford experience.

This is just to praise the \fishmonger\ who was on duty last Thursday; he had done an exceptionally good job on filleting mackerel, which was very fresh as well. The meat/fish counter seems usually to be \manned\ by good staff.

Busy store, reasonably stocked, but the cafe is really disappointing. Ordered Welsh Rarebit which wasn’t good - way too much mustard, and seriously overpriced at 3.50 for one slice. Service was slow, disinterested staff, no table service, help yourself to cutlery if you can find clean knives. Outdoor area is nice on a sunny day, but fairly small.

One of the newer stores. Clean and well laid-out. Hardly ever crowded, so a pleasant shopping experience.

Usual good quality and range of products. A bit of a log jam at the tills. Also although there are 2 entrance doors these are not utilised as entrance/exit so log jam there too as people coming and going in same door... so not socially distanced.
