Great service, skip price was a bit cheaper than others. Skip was delivered on time, collected within an hour of asking which was great as we got our drive back early . Fantastic service from start to finish, staff on phone helpful, skip driver dropped skip exactly where we wanted it. CANNOT FAULT SERVICE AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN IF NEEDED. Thank you

I used EFR skips last summer while i was clearing out the house and garage. Needless to say, there was a lot of junk involved. However, the service provided was unmatched. Rented a 4 yard skip from 4th-11th September because we were having some under-stairs storage fitted. From booking to collection, this skip company was great! They offered the most competitive price for the skip hire and plasterboard disposal (I rang almost every skip company in the area). When speaking to their staff on the phone at the time of booking and later when querying what can/cannot be placed in a skip, I was so pleasantly surprised at how friendly, patient and helpful they are. They even let us keep the skip until the morning of 12th after calling us on the afternoon of 11th to check whether we were done with the skip. One word of warning, they’re incredibly punctual so make sure you’re ready to take the skip from 8am on the day of delivery. We had requested an afternoon delivery but the driver turned up at 8am so we were still in our pyjamas and the driver had to wait 5 minutes for us to move the cars off our driveway. Honestly difficult to fault but if I had to find one area for improvement, I suppose my only gripe would be that I wish they were able to give customers a courtesy call or text prior to delivering the skip. I understand they can’t provide delivery windows or guarantee morning/afternoon delivery etc. but just a heads up (e.g. half an hour before delivery) would better prepare customers and allow them to organise their day accordingly. Next time we need a skip we’ll definitely rent one from these guys again - thank you!
