First time at this dealership for first service of my leased car. On arrival, it was not obvious which entrance was open, and after trying a few doors, with the staff inside looking on, I found the unlocked door. No-one made an attempt to greet me, and i had to find the service desk myself. I was gestured to wait while the staff member finished his phone call. Very brusque manner while taking details. I left the car and came back in the afternoon. Same brusque manner, given the keys and told where the car was. I checked with him that the service book was stamped, and was assured it was. Surprise surprise when I got to the car, no stamp in the book. Took it back to the desk and grudgingly he took it and stamped it. Got back to the car and set off home - the oil level warning light came on!! I couldn't face going back in again so went home and topped it up myself - it took quite a lot of oil to fill to the correct level, and to get the warning light to go out. Clearly the mechanic had not filled with the correct amount of oil. I wonder what else had been overlooked? Not a good experience, and I will go elsewhere when the second service is due. The staff need customer service training, and the mechanic needs basic training!

Moved back to the UK recently and needed a new car for work. Byron, Dean and Omar worked very hard to get me finance. Even with covid these guys worked very hard, safe had a remote meeting for the car Dean and Byron explained everything clearly and did not try to oversell. Went to pick up the car, handover was safe and they complied with covid rules handing over the car at a distance, called me during the handover to make sure everything was okay. I'm very pleased with the service I received, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new / used car. Once again Thank you Byron, Dean and Omar.

Great communication through the whole sale process, very accommodating and efficient even delivered my car himself! Felt safe when I went to test drive the car- all COVID measures in place! Could not ask for better service. Lovely people, straight to the point would highly recommend them to anyone. I personally dealt with Byron and Omar and who are both fantastic blokes and sorted me a great deal.
