Have used for a few years and had good service until this weekend, must have caught the guy on a bad day as received really bad attitude which was quite shocking in all honesty. I know we're all finding things difficult at the moment but come on guys, we your customers deserve to be treated with more than simple disdain, especially when someone is trying to buy from you. Will no longer use and absolutely would not recommend unless you are the type whom likes being made to feel like your custom is worthless (my experience was with the clown whose number ends in 844). Also a bit of advice for him, some basic customer service training would not go amiss, learn to treat customers with a little decorum, you're only selling logs for god's sake, get over yourself

Used previously and had decent service, I don’t know what’s changed recently but this time around it was anything but good. I have previously texted over the years (as per the website call/text) and last year the driver set off a few minutes after my enquiry was sent, I asked whether it was possible to deliver in the afternoon and received a snarky response. All it would have taken was a simple message saying we are working to a 2 day lead time and I would have booked in when it was possible. I’ll go elsewhere now and suggest everyone else does the same if you expect anything more than to be chastised for trying to buy logs. No doubt the gentleman thinks he’s in the right here, but my message was speculative rather than demanding. god help them if they think this is any way to speak to customers.
Ive ordered my logs for wood burning and open fire for a few years now , they are the best by far always dry ready to burn, great quality and great prices i usually get the 2.5 builders bags loose just tipped onto my drive , i ordered late yesterday and they delivered first thing this morning i would definatley reccomend flockton hall logs to everyone and anyone
