Had to wait over 30 min to be told there is no more appointment and have to call back on monday. A&E want you to go to your GP 1st,but to get an appointment here,it's a miracle if you managed to get one. Really not impressed

I would give this surgery 0 stars if I could. Receptionists are unhelpful, no understanding of personal needs! Tough luck if you have a full time job and are unable to ring in instructed hours to find out your test results! Not to mention that some doctors just randomly diagnose you with something, without running some tests. If you are looking for a good GP practise, I would recommend going elsewhere!

Although very hard to get an appointment over the phone, system online is a more easier way to book appointments! Never had a problem with the reception staff. Dr Hydon is very helpful and understanding in my personal needs, and helps the best she can! The pharmacy is sometimes busy, however have only ever waited 10 minutes..

Best surgery going, even though I have a bus journey, all the Docs are fab, one problem.. I think there should be more staff on reception, always a queue, and more staff manning the appointment phone line, takes a lifetime to get through, I sometimes give up in the end .. .. Just want to add a 1 star for not being able to book in advance, I've just read about the surgery, and it states that Tuesday to Friday you can book up to 2 weeks in advance .. Tried loads of times just to be told you have to phone at 8.00 on the day, this has been an option in all the years I've been withe the surgery..
