Really disappointed with this company, placed an order on the 17th July and paid for next day delivery, the order never arrived until the 26th July. I was never informed at the time that I would not be receiving the order on a next day delivery. Spent time phoning back and forth asking where the order will be and their systems said one thing and the courier another. Still waiting for my refund of the delivery charge a week later only to be told that this hasn't even been raised yet!!! - Will not be using this company again utter shambles.

POOR SERVICE I ordered 2 moving packs for next day delivery, they drip fed the items seperatly for 10 days meaning I had to go and buy other packaging items locally to be able to move, I requested a refund of 50 percent which considering I felt that was fair , they gave me 20 percent and refused to give me any more however did offer me to send the items back for a refund ! On this basis I wouldn't order from Macfarlane again.
