Came over from N Ireland to buy a car,we have had an interesting and fruitful experience. Special mention to Dylan, he's a gem of a lad and generally, all the staff are excellent. My advice to anyone, is,give the Piccadilly Motors, Wakefield,a visit, if you want a Fiat car. We could have bought in N Ireland but decided, main dealer and Yorkshire was the way to go,we are very happy.
In all the years I have purchased vehicles I have never written a review about a car dealership. Having experienced extremely poor customer service from Perry’s days earlier I purchased a vehicle from Piccadilly Motors Wakefield (KIA). The staff at Piccadilly were exemplary. Neil Bucknall & Neil Hawkins conducted themselves in a polite, professional manner restoring my confidence in the motor industry. I have just bought my new Kia Sportage from Piccadilly Wakefield. Between myself, Husband, Daughter and her husband we have had 18 cars in 20 years from them and recommended countless friends and colleagues over the years knowing they will receive first class service from sales to service. Knowing you can go into a car dealership and they are always happy to greet you and be on 1st name terms is a rarity and counts for a lot these days.
