I have had a great customer experience with Restlye Fitness. TO begin with, I was not really sure as to what exercise equipment I required, just that I wanted to get fitter. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone who had a vast knowledge of exercise equipment, and was really helpful explaining to me all of the ins and outs. I felt really assured, as he was not just interested in selling me the most expensive product, but what was the right product for me. Once I had placed the order, I got an email confirmation, and was given the date of delivery. On the date of delivery, I also got a phone call explaining to me the time my delivery was expected. The delivery was very smooth, however I could not fit the product through my front door (A very large treadmill machine). I phoned Restlye, and within 10 minutes, I had received a personalised video explaining how to dismantle part of the product, in order for it to fit in. I was able to follow the instructions with ease, and within 40 minutes, I had the machine fully setup. Fantastic product, and fantastic customer service. Thank yo Restlye Fitness.

Purchased a Nordictrack GX 4.6 PRO upright bike. Resistance unbearable to use even on level 1. Returned bike for engineer to review. Advised no issue, GX 4.4 PRO offered as replacement. Same resistance issue's. Conclusion the bike's are faulty. Money wasted.
