I sent Alan an email late last night as my fan oven heater element had died, he replied first thing this morning saying he had one in stock. Upon collection Alan tested the old one which was proven to be 100% dead, he also tested the new one before I left the shop with it. Very good service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
