Tom & Mark make a formidable team. Prompt, efficient, friendly and totally trustworthy. Extremely knowledgeable, although we originally requested a satellite dish, when Tom realised we didn't want to spend a lot of money on a Freestat recorder, he suggested a new aerial. Now we have perfect reception and loads of channels. Mark did a factory reset and software update on our Humax, to stop it misbehaving and recording programmes that we don't want. All at a very reasonable price!
