I had my dermal piercings removed, John was brilliant and was patient with me and informed me everything he was doing throughout the removal. Would definitely recommend and the team made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported. Great bunch of people and would highly recommend

Went here for a nose piercing and had an overall pleasant experience, I was made to feel very comfortable as soon as I arrived and they were very professional, would 100% recommend :)

went here for a double nostril piercing, place was lovely and neat and staff were super friendly! I was a little nervous but they made me feel super comfortable, my piercer was super lovely and it felt like being pierced by a mate instead of a stranger which is exactly what I wanted as it made me feel at ease, I ended up passing out and my piecer was so helpful, she knew exactly what to do and was really sweet and reassuring about the whole thing which made me feel so much better about embarrassing myself, she quickly finished off the piercing and was nice enough to let me stay and lay down for a while and give me some water so I was okay to leave, overall amazing experience even with the passing out, I’ll be coming here for anymore piercings from now on!!

I went here yesterday to get a jewellery change for two of my piercings. Everyone was so lovely, sharing advice and knowledge and we chatted non stop throughout the time I was there. The place was immaculate and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a new piercing. Thank you and hopefully see you again soon.

I came in this week for a nose piercing, having only ever had my ears pierced 20 years ago. I was crazy nervous, but JD and the team had me feeling comfortable and relaxed, even laughing! It all went so smoothly I decided to have my first tattoo with them that day too! Beautiful design, and Kamil was so gentle, it's definitely given me the bug to get more! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend all of them to anyone, thanks guys!!
