Amazing experience they didn’t have the cue and case combo I ordered online so to make up for it they gave me a free upgrade on a cue no hesitation on it and when delivery was a problem due to my working hours they offered to meet me at a point local to me out of business hours to allow me to get my cue which is just brilliant couldn’t recommend them enough for customer service and also the quality of the cue and case is fantastic

Custom snooker has been trading for now over 30 years and has a very good reputation with the trade and public and would like to point out the the last review is completely unfounded and that situation never even occurred. we look after our customers and they look after ourselfs that's why we are still hear and the person who wrote a review like that is not, sorry for any inconvenience.
