I received my lovely new car Tuesday morning.. (Via Delivery) and it’s absolutely amazing!!! Stunning!! The sales person I was dealing with (( Will )) went above and beyond to answer all my questions and queries about the car. He was In contact with me every step of the way and kept me very informed during the buying process. The balance of being professional and friendly was perfect. Due to Covid, I couldn’t go and test drive or inspect the car myself and so finding the perfect car was in his hands. After he gave me some background information about the car, Will filled me with complete confidence that this was a great car. I’m so glad I snapped it up. Such a great deal! Although I live in the South East, I’d definitely deal with Stratstone MINI Tyneside again!! I would also recommend to anyone wanting to buy or lease a MINI to come to this dealership. From how I’ve been dealt with throughout the whole process, and even after it was delivered The service and customer service is outstanding!!! I’d give 11 stars ️️️️️️️️️️️ Thank you so much.

Well where to start, this has been the best experience I've had buying a car, and my family can tell you, I've had a few... From my initial communication with Will Smith, who was extremely helpful and informative. I received a personalised video tour of the vehicle, within half an hour of making an enquiry, which was excellent. Buying a car from 5 hours away without seeing it in person can be very daunting but Will ensured everything was perfect and that I was happy and informed with what was happening. Then I had a professional and informative discussion with Mark Robson, who ensured all the legalities were ticked off, but was really cheery and friendly too, and even over a video call, you can tell these guys know how to look after their customers. The car then made its 5 hour trip down to South Wales on the agreed date and at the time specified, and it was perfect. Absolutely spot on and exceeded my expectations. Special mention to Prestige Transports, for a great handover. Not normal when you aren't the first to drive your new car, but even after the 300 mile trip, the car still looked immaculate. Thanks again to Will, Mark and everyone involved in getting the car I've been looking for for the last year to me.
