A one stop clothing retail shop. Many brands are available. The majority of the clientele are over 50's. Plenty of parking available including disabled close to the entrance. Prices are very competitive. It also includes some food stuffs(mainly sweets), books and kitchen utensils, cutlery sets, plate sets. It is a comprehensive shop for the above items. There are plenty of tills and staff are usually very helpful.

The store is large enough but customers have no concept on distancing inside. Staff wearing bright yellow social distancing t shirts but make no effort to actually enforce it. The cafe whilst large, doesn't have any distancing measures in place, so people blindly sit close to each other. The cafe does not offer anything for vegan diets, the most they had was soy milk for coffee and that was it . There's plenty of choice inside the store for all things home and gift related, but take a list and know your budget, you can find good deals but there are some items that are twice as expensive as other stores.

Hi yes been here today went to have coffee. Bought some new bedding and towels been here lots of times always find what I need never come out without anything. Lots of choice depends on what you want or need. One way system in place plenty of space not all crowded and crushed. Recommend people to go and visit and don't be frightened all safe.

From clothes to kitchen utensils they have a good variety of stock . They can be a bit on the expensive side but you can still grab a bargain in the sales . There are toilet facilities and a restaurant , not been in the restaurant part yet so will update if I do get round to it . Women's clothes are nice especially if looking for something for a special occasion. The last item I bought was a duvet reduced from 70 to 35 pound for a super king duvet . Good quality and lovely and soft . . Its not my go to place but is worth going and you can spend a good few hours looking around the store .

I was trepadatious about travelling on a Sunday. However went early and measures in place were excellent. Staff polite and professional and customers kept their distance from one another. Great value and great bargains to be had, clothing much cheaper than even supermarket ranges. Cafe limited currently but enough variety. A really fantastic day out.

Visited in the evening and the store was pleasantly quiet. Everyone maintained respectful distance and the staff were just a lovely and helpful as ever.

I would like Boundary Mill to score a 5 star as in many areas it deserves it, however, having spent over 400 in a single visit I was left annoyed and confused over the single unexplained policy that the counter staff can no longer put my items in a bag for me. I know this sounds petty but there are a few reasons I feel strongly enough about this to bother putting pen to paper. 1. The counter set up makes it really awkward for there customer to have to pack the items as there is no shelf space for the bag to go, so one handed packing whilst the other holds the bag then. 2. The full explanation when asked why, COVID. Thats it, a single word answer. The staff still handle every item when putting it through the till. You hand it to them they put it through the till, they then hand it back to you. Please somebody explain how this is any safer than the staff member just packing the item in the bag like they used to. 3. Having decided to contact the company to air my complaint in private and hopefully get an explanation as to why my precious shopping time was spoiled by inane, made up rules that make no sense, I discover no contact form or email address on their website. It's 2021 for god sake! In short I am not a happy customer and would love somebody to reply to this review with an explanation.
