Single handedly the worst service I have ever experienced. Lost all my details after two 2h appointments so I had to redo everything again. Furthermore, the person I spoke to forgot to book a promised follow-up appointment, and I ended up waiting nearly 1.5 weeks for the next one, because they kept giving me the \you have to speak to the same person you had your appointment with\ thing. Problem was, she only worked like 2 days a week, and on those days she would never ring me (as promised) and if I rang them they would say \wait 30 minutes and she will ring you back\, SHE NEVER DID. My GP couldn't prescribe me my repeat medication without the follow-up appointment so I went more than 2 weeks in total without my medication. Last time I rang them and explained the situation the receptionist said \Nothing I can do\. AWFUL SERVICE.
