Fantastic service, provided advice on machine choice and I received my new overlocker the following day after ordering. I love my new machine and it was fantastic value, I'd shopped around and after a recommendation rang DC Nutt who had the machine I was after for the same price as I'd found it online but it had the bonus of extra feet compared to other retailers. Such a pleasure to visit even during \lockdown\. Prior to my visit I had emailed to ask if they would accept a trade in and the response from Andrea was very prompt. I visited the shop on the hottest day of the year so far, but nothing was too much trouble and even though my machines were very old and Dave wasn't able to accept them as trade in, he still gave me a discount on the machine I bought. I therefore donated my 2 \pensioners\ to charity. The service, whether email, phone or in person is friendly, helpful and extremely professional. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this business. I am absolutely delighted with my machine, which although not in stock, was delivered to my home in less than 24 hours.
