Great service, wonderful place. I called into Pitcher's today to purchase a half inch extension bar for my socket set. The nice gentleman serving me searched the storeroom but he was out of stock. He then went on to advise me he would order one in and be ready for collection the following day. Excellent service. Many thanks to Pitchers, highly recommend. E.Cage.

I needed an odd sized nut and bolt for a loft ladder so called in hoping they could help me. I only had my card and it wasn't viable to pay using it. To solve the problem the gentleman said just drop it in next time you're passing. I was so taken aback by such wonderful generosity that on my way to the car I 'remembered I had some change in the glovebox so returned back to the shop to pay. I have to say although it was a small item the man serving me was so polite, kind and generous.
Perfect place for all you nuts, bolts, screws and associated fixings, owner is extremely helpful, highly recommended.
